My philosophy consists in supporting artist’s vision on his own songs adding my taste that gravitates in various musical genres (pop, rock, blues, alternative). I have improved my sound after many years of experience, therefore I felt the need to have more colors in my hands rather than a standard console.
I mixed for about ten years with my SSL9000J and after working with Michael Brauer, I have perfected a very complex multi-buss technique, managing the arrangement parts in submixed groups. Then I understood that having a modular system would be more powerful in my way of developing sound. Instead of being restricted to one predominant sound I could mix and match various sonic “flavors”. My new setting has a modern approach consisting in classic analog and state of the art digital technologies that I call “Noah Hybrid System”.
This unique “mixer” utilizes many summing amps to have a signal flow configuration with 96 channels of analog sum interspersed with dozens of analog outboard gear to combine pristine mastering quality tone and thick warm vintage sounds. The result is a sonic signature that has the best of analog tones with a minimal wiring and very low noise due to the highest sound quality.

Rarely, when I feel the need, I use the vintage SSL4048E in the Brown control room.
